Cordelia has over 30 years of solid and extensive experience in company secretarial matters including group reorganisation, formation and dissolution of local and overseas companies, and trust administration. She heads a strong team of secretarial staff including qualified company secretaries to provide secretarial services to various companies, family business, subsidiaries of international group, etc.
